CRBS held its Board Meeting on 24 June 2022. The objective of the meeting was to inform the Board of Trustees on the happenings in CRBS over the last six months, discuss opportunities and challenges and to chart the course of activities for the next six months till end of 2022. CRBS also took the opportunity to bid farewell to its former Chairperson, Dasho Pema Thinley and to the new Chairperson Dasho Sonam Tobden Rabgye. CRBS is fortunate to have Dasho Sonam Tobden as its Chairperson considering his extensive experience in leadership positions in Bhutan’s Foreign Service. The Board while acknowledging the progress made despite the lockdowns in the early part of this year, also endorsed the plan of activities for the rest of 2022. CRBS is optimistic that under the Chairpersonship of Dasho Sonam Tobden, the organization would evolve into a more mature and effective organization providing research services in Bhutan.
